Regular Game Modes

Extreme

Eva's Longsword

As a player in the extreme game mode, you have the highest/easiest XP rate of 150x. The extreme game mode offers the Ring of Devotion. The Ring of Devotion is an item which offers rewards to the player when they reach 3,600 charges. You gain these charges faster while PvMing or Skilling.

In addition, the extreme game mode is given an Eva's Longsword. Eva's Longsword is a weapon that has a hidden damage boost which applies to monsters under the combat level of 100. If the monster's combat level is over 100, the damage boost will not apply.

The extreme game mode offers the ::bank command which pulls up the player's bank and it can be used once every 9 minutes.

For skilling, the extreme game mode will give you 4,000 GP per skilling action. This means that you will have 4,000 GP added to your pouch per log cut, fish caught, ore mined etc.

The extreme game mode does NOT offer any other special benefits.

Legend

As a player in the legend game mode, you have the second easiest XP rate of 50x. The legend game mode offers the ring of devotion. The benefits of the ring can be read in the extreme gamemode section.

A player in the legend game mode will be given an Anger Sword. The Anger Sword is an improved version of Eva's Longsword. Refer to the extreme game mode spoiler to understand what this sword is useful for.

Anger Sword
Cape of Legends

In addition, the legend game mode starter pack includes the cape of legends which is a good cape to equip for low level training.

The legend game mode offers the ::bank command which pulls up the player's bank and it can be used once every 4 minutes.

Compared to the other game modes above, a player in the legend game mode will have a faster special attack restore, and slower prayer drain.

For skilling, the legend game mode will give you 5,000GP per XP gain. This means that you will have 5000 GP added to your pouch per log cut fish caught, ore mined etc.

There are also other small hidden benefits that the legend game mode offers. For example, if you kill a dragon it will drop two dragon bones instead of one. Also, legends have a 33% of automatically having dropped charms added to their inventory, provided there is space available in their inventory.

Immortal

Classic Cape

The immortal game mode offers the ::bank command, which pulls up the player's bank, and it can be used every 3 minutes.

Compared to the other game modes above, a player in the immortal game mode will have a faster special attack restore, and slower prayer drain.

The strongest benefit of the immortal game mode is the boosted drop rate. The drop rate for players in the immortal game mode is +1. The +1 increase means that, if a player in any of the game modes mentioned above is fighting a monster, whose drop rate for a certain item is 1:200 (on average, 1 per 200 kills), the drop rate for the same item in the immortal game mode would be 2:200. To put it in simple terms, it's double the regular rate.

For skilling, the immortal game mode will give you 7000 GP per XP gain. This means that, you will have 7000 GP added to your pouch per log cut, fish caught, ore mined, etc.

Similarly to the legend game mode, the immortal game mode offers small, hidden benefits (dragons will drop 2x bones upon death, 1000 extra loyalty points per 30 minutes). Also, immortals have a 66% of automatically having dropped charms added to their inventory, provided there is space available.
